I am having problems placing an order at your on-line store?
BRS answer - Your browser must be able to support a "secure" 128-bit connection (SSL connection) to shop at our store. Check your browser settings and make sure you have "cookies" and "java-script" enabled. A "cookie" allows you to place more than one item in the shopping cart and "java-script" allows you to utilizes drop-down fields. Also, be sure to use the "Return to Store" button found on the shopping cart page to continue shopping. If you are still having problems, please e-mail us.
tracking information for my order says "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on xx/xx/200x to expect your package for mailing." Did my order ship?
BRS answer - Yes, your order did ship. The link that you receive from us is a Delivery Confirmation number and not a tracking number. In most cases you will not see any updates until actual delivery which will include the date, zip code and the time your order was delivered.

How do I go about placing a special order?
BRS answer - Special orders include any item(s) that we can get and aren't currently offered at our on-line store including model rocket bulk packs. Please e-mail us with your request and we will send you a quote. If you accept the quote, your special order will be listed under the "Special Orders" category of our on-line store. You can then place your special order in the shopping cart along with any other item(s) you would like to order from the store.
